easy to purchase online, not sure how hard to claim
I only bought the policy online, I have not tried to claim or use it for anything, so I cannot judge their full service, just the online sale.

Easy to get an online quote and price would be close to best in market
The Online Experience wass easy and the price for the insurance was more than competitive especially being able to include pre-existing at no extra cost.

No claims experience referrals.
Nowhere could I find feedback from customers who have had a claims experience.
Taking out a policy is easy but will get a claim accepted readily?
