As a vegetarian it was very disappointing experiences. Meals 'offered' were not balanced both in Dollar value or in nutritional value. How do some grilled vegies

Thank you for taking the time to share that information with us. Our Team is saddened to learn that you did not care for the meals we put together for you on our Treasures of the Balkans. We recognise that dining is a very important aspect of your escorted tour and we will most certainly get together with our restaurant partners to discuss the matter that you brought up. During this same meeting we will jump at the opportunity to review everything about our Farewell Dinner as well. And you are absolutely right in believing that our Tour Directors are there to take care of everything for you. Our Local Experts serve an even greater purpose: to guarantee that you get a further understanding of what it is like to actually live in the area. Having said the above, we hope that you returned home with some wonderful memories and photos of the eight different countries we took you, and that you will give us the pleasure of welcoming you back in future.

Mostly good and would recommend to others. One major fault from my perspective was that the train trip was 222Km/Hr travelling backwards for my wife & I and for some they did not even have a window....

Overall I would have rated the trip 3.5 but selected 4 to give Insight some benefit of the doubt. We have taken 2 other Insight trips before (one last year) and were more pleased with them.
