We are reassured that you have come to expect a high level of quality from Insight Vacations, yet deeply regret that you will not consider travelling with us again. Furthermore, we are saddened to learn that the cuisine provided did not meet your expectations, and will bring this to the attention of our Quality Control team for their review. Additionally, it is disappointing to read that you didn’t enjoy the time spent on the road with us. Nonetheless, we are pleased that you loved the professionalism of our Local Experts, and benefited from the smaller group sizes on the tour.
Yes I would use them again as their coaches have much more leg room. Our director was very knowledgeable and had a sense of humour & was approachable. Another time would select a more leisurely pace....
