The tour was excellent, but it was not a single tour, but a combination of tours. As a result, there was an overlap of itineraries with another group and this caused an optional excursion (France)...
Don't promise what you don't deliver. Hotels are frequently bad, often located outside of town. Some are more like motels. For the most part the dinners were terrible with set menus and few if any...
