You have all the right to expect a very high level of service from us as this is really one of the many strong points of Insight Vacations. That being said, we would like you to know that we have taken your concerns on board which have been passed onto our respective Teams for their action. Allow us to express here that name tags should always be distributed at the beginning of the trip and so we apologise to hear that this was not the case. Regarding rooms being near to each other, we confirm to have communicated this to our hotel partners. This is a room allocation matter which we will be addressing later this week with the properties directly. As you may know, our seat rotation policy allows you to be seated at different sections of the coach together with your loved ones. If you have any questions about our seat rotation policy, please do approach our Tour Director who is there for you all the time.
