We are sorry to hear that the time allotted at Stonehenge fell so far short of what such a significant site warrants, particularly given your evident interest in exploring the fields, visitor centre and burial mounds more fully; this is valuable feedback, and we will review the time allocated at UNESCO sites more broadly as itineraries are refined. We were equally sorry to learn of the shortcomings encountered with several hotels, including the lack of air conditioning and limited space in Kendal, and we take particularly seriously your account of the entrance arrangements at the Marble Arch property in London, which clearly made for an unwelcoming start to the trip. The improvement noted on your final night there, with air conditioning and a newer room, is at least some reassurance, though we recognise this does not offset the earlier disappointment. We take this seriously and will review how these experiences are described and priced, so that future guests are not left feeling misled in the way you describe.
