This is an ongoing problem - Infinity staff have always been great but it seems to be quite a complex one - fingers crossed it's fixed now.

Although the problem was dealt with by Holly who answered the call and was very helpful it did take over ten minutes before the call was answered in the first place

Very helpful with what turned out to be a simple issue probably caused by our cleaner being over zealous over the weekend!!!

It is good to know that Infinity offer such good support and help - when things go wrong! You offer quick, reliable and appreciated aid when it is most needed. Thank you.
