Thank you.

Great job, very quick and solved the problem perfectly.

Great support and clear instructions .Thank you

Another problem sorted, cheers Mitch

A brilliant service throughout

I received no call and no repairs done.

Engineer made no attempt to contact me

Adam was able to get me working today, I appreciate the delay was in no way his fault, indeed when I spoke with him at length this afternoon, he clearly knew his stuff and downloaded what was needed...

Paul was excellent - it was a difficult problem to solve but Paul persevered, was patient and his customer service skills were very very good.

Adam was very helpful and called back when he said he would after the backlog of cases had been cleared
