Mark said there was a shortage of engineers which is why it took time to get the ticket solved but once Andrew got in touch, he was really helpful and the advice given was excellent.

I'm not convinced my original call the day before was ever looked at by anyone. Took a follow up call the next day for anything to happen. The solution was then quite simple.

Fixing a problem is one thing, but getting to the bottom of why it happens and knowing how to prevent it is better.
