Jordan managed to install the wall board which I needed remote access to.

Excellent service, very helpful and polite.

Urgent matters not really dealt with timeously. It took 3 calls to follow up on what is being done about it. Thankfully when it was picked up by Adam Gray it was resolved really well and efficiently....

I spoke to Erc who passed this on to his colleague who called me back very quickly. However, I didn't need any help as I managed to fix the issue. However, the response time was quick...thank you.

The engineer was very helpful and solved my problem promptly :)
