Dealt with quickly and explained how / where to change password - thanks Not checked if it works as request was password reset for all users but fingers crossed :)

Thank you for dealing with the issue so promptly.

Jabin was very pleasant and definitely knew what he was doing, problem was solved very quickly

However it was really difficult to get through on the helpdesk - e.g. after being on hold for 19 mins one day, the call was cut off.
