Jared was very helpful and solved my issue very quickly

As requested, all upgrades were completed. This did take a lot longer that anticipated due to delays outside of Infinity teams control and some issues upgrading Windows 10.

A long job due to slowness of both Network & PC but Matt S stuck with it with me and was really helpful and accommodating - thanks Matt S

When it was done (adding me to vpn) it was simple but unfortunately despite a long lead in notice period it wasn't done in time for me to work from home off the server and the call came 10 minutes...
