Not sure of the outcome as heard nothing back really.

The reason for the three stars is based on the lack of contact from the agents dealing with my claim, I have had to call your office numerous times to enquire as to how far the claim was progressing,...

Very good excellent service

When calling I didn’t always get the calls returned when I requested them. Other than that I was pleased with the service.

So quick and easy

They handled the whole case very well and kept me updated and if I needed anything explaining to me they contacted me and was more then happy to help
