You could buy 99% of the tickets and still not win, nothing is guaranteed. The outcome is completely random, and that’s part of what makes it fair. I can see you've bought 5-10 tickets across 10 competitions, you just never know when your luck is going to come in. We've had winners who have just had one ticket and winners who have won on their first entry - last week's Harley-Davidson winner had been playing for 2 years without winning anything then landed a £9k bike with 5 entries. We go a long way to be as transparent as possible, and we genuinely believe we’re one of the most transparent competition sites out there. We’ve also built up thousands of positive reviews from customers who value how we operate. That said, we are still a relatively small business, so if you’re looking for daily big draws, we’re not quite there yet, but we’re trying to get there, at the moment daily draws would result in unsustainable losses. Being called “Mickey Mouse” is quite offensive. Everything we do is carried out with the utmost professionalism, and we take pride in running things fairly and responsibly. I'm sure if you had won your opinion would have been somewhat different!
