I'd been with iDmobile for a few years but wanted a better deal and couldn't get their chat agent to understand this. In the end I had to port my number out to Smarty, get the better deal then port...

Simple and straightofrward browsing and buying process. It was clear the offer I was getting, and during the changeover of my old number to my new number I was kept updated and informed.

I have been a customer for almost 12 years. Prices are fair and nobody gives you so much mobile data. Only issue is signal is not always very good.
