The plebotomist was unfamiliar with the process but once the correct system was used it was all OK. Results were quick and comprehensive.

Easy process but one test "lost"
I paid for 2 tests and had the blood drawn.
A few days later only one result was posted to my dashboard. I emailed them and either my 2nd test wasn't done or not uploaded so they are trying to find...
