Required service was done with no problem and result came back not long after so no reason to give you lower grade.

Very fast replies and results. Easy to understand dashboard and comments from the doctor. Always happy to add tests or answer questions

Good alternative
It was easier than going to a GP and reasonably priced - it would be better if the communication with the company were structured better (an online system perhaps) to allow for a smooth transaction...
