Thanks for getting in touch and we're sorry to hear about your experience. Your results were released in your i-screen dashboard within 1 week of completing the test, and an email confirmation was sent to advise you of this. We did reply to your follow up email within 2 hours of receiving this. Fantastic fast pathology service
I had my results back from i-screen within 24 hours. Being a nutritionist means I can manage my health myself, and also help my patients obtain and understand their nutrient level results sooner.

Fast and professional
