I didn't have any problems with the service from i-screen. They replied promptly when I had a query.

遅い。日本では4日で検査結果が出るのにここでは2週間もかかる。検査結果は自分が指定する医師に送られるとのことだがいつどの時点で医師を指定するのか不明。コールセンターの対応が悪い。

Everything was great but maybe the person who drew my blood can improve a little. I was already in the room and she seemed to have taken something time with other things.
