Great service
Very efficient and straight on the to the recovery garage for me. Dealt with get quick and very professionally only negative I would say I was passed to 3 different case handlers within 48hrs? But...

Good to know a service like this is there in time of need
The service was very good was informed how repairs were progressing this help made the stress much less on me

Lots of confusion initially with after care staff which was very frustrating, however when the work was eventually carried out by the garage there was quality workmanship

Abysmal Service
One of '5 exclusive reasons to call hyundai first' is they provide "end-to-end handling". The only communication I had was initiated by me!
