The package arrived on time. However, it was broken inside. The pads were not glued properly and the sheets were not all adhered. Also, the free pen was broken inside and leaked on the plastic...

I am so sorry your order was damaged in shipment. if possible, take a picture of the broken pen and pads with loose sheets and email to support@notepadsyourway.com so I can complete a damage claim with the shipper.
