Hello, we are very sorry that you have not seen our reply which was sent within 12hours of you contacting us. My Team emailed you with the Tracking Details from Royal Mail that advised that they tried to delivery your order on the 14th July (a day earlier than the advised delivery date), and advised that you need to collect your order or arrange for re-delivery from Royal Mail.
