Hello - Having just spoken to you on the phone and had an pleasant and interesting conversation, I would just like to follow up and say how sorry we are that your first contact was not the best . I can't say enough good things! Works amazing for general damp reduction and the clothes drying mode works a treat. Amazing product and customer service with an actual next day delivery.
