They saved me from paying high premiums from the previous insurer and settled my claim without any fuss. I would definitely recommend them.

I have not claimed. They did not give me problems as I never tried to claim. I get 10% back annually. It is expensive.

their service is good im just paying a lot if they can reduce my premium to R 900 I would be very happy.

Service was good however even though my things were not all replaced like laptop and the kettle is not the one.

the agent who was handling my claim was not helpful at all. I kept on sending him emails about the progress of my claim and feed back and he would not come back to me.
