Hi Paul, firstly let me apologise for my delayed response. I have checked your account and can see that unfortunately the order in question ended up being cancelled. December was an extremely tough time for the entire sector and I can only apologise that we let you down. I can see that you gave us another chance this month and despite a failed first attempt, we were able to get the oil to you ahead of the date stated on the order.
