We try to ask as complete a set of questions as possible but as you will appreciate, all of the insurers or our panel have different underwriting criteria and so some of them ask further questions once we hand you over to their website. Based on those questions, the actual price that the insurer ends up quoting you can be more or less than what is originally shown on our results page. We try to make this clear to our customers by advising them, at the top of that page, that quotes are indicative. Nevertheless, we are sorry that our customer experience did not meet your expectations, and we are always working to try to improve it. We continue to work with the insurers that participate on our car insurance panel to provide us with accurate quotes for our results page.
