Hoover
He is a nice engineer and works efficiently. I had a fault in my SIM card and he changed it without any fault or breakage. His appointments were punctual via email and phone. I thank him very much.

No customer service no follow up no information. I constantly have to chase them. I've had a box sitting in my kitchen 2 weeks & still no idea when I will get what I ordered
