Fine but too much paperwork - I was buying a car, not taking out life insurance. I was at a point of backing away from the purchase, but as I liked the vehicle did not.

Even the small issues are dealt with well
Excellent in every way - friendly, helpful, good communications and solutions.
Showroom is always immaculate.
Sometimes a bit difficult to park but never a problem.
