Service is all good as normal.
Prefer car to be collected from myself which was not easy to arrange although it used to be simple over 20 years

Weak in certain vital areas!
Pleasant people to deal with but poorly trained. Dealership communication is extremely poor destroying confidence in the dealership. Staff lack appropriate training.
