I am very sorry for the frustration and the delay in getting your table ready for play. This is certainly not the level of service we strive for, especially regarding the conflicting information you received about stock levels.
It is disappointing to hear that your upgraded cues didn't arrive as promised on the 22nd. I have flagged this directly with our Customer Service Manager who is currently looking into why the dispatch was delayed and will be contacting you shortly to update you.
We want you to be able to enjoy your new table as soon as possible, and we will make sure this is resolved immediately. Thank you for your patience while we fix this.
