We apologise for the issues you experienced with the shower and heating. We're pleased our maintenance team was able to resolve these on the second day, although we appreciate this affected your stay. We understand that the high temperatures made the caravan feel uncomfortable. Our caravans are designed with a fixed number of opening windows for safety, and, for health and safety reasons, we do not provide portable cooling fans in our accommodation. We're pleased to hear that you enjoyed the resort's entertainment facilities and restaurant, and we appreciate you highlighting these positive aspects despite your disappointment with the accommodation.
