We’re sincerely sorry for the delay however to clarify we’re not currently offering premium delivery as orders are being sent directly from the supplier, so we’re unable to control delivery times. Your order was automatically changed back to standard delivery so you weren’t charged the extra for delivery.
We are however pleased to hear that your order has since arrived and you were delighted with your purchase.
