We’re really sorry to hear about the ongoing issues you’ve experienced with your orders, and we completely understand how frustrating this must be.
As most of our orders are dispatched directly from our suppliers, there can sometimes be delays in resolving missing items. In these situations, we do need to liaise with the supplier first and wait for their response before we can fully resolve the issue. We appreciate that this can make the process feel lengthy, and we’re very sorry for any inconvenience caused.
We also apologise if at any point it felt like your concerns weren’t being fully believed or handled as they should have been. That is never our intention, and we absolutely want every query to be taken seriously and resolved as quickly as possible.
