I have to say that Sarah Pounder was any asset during my car purchase. She kept me fully up to date and I thank her immensley. Also the after sales team especially Laura.

Good service, but could be much better communication
My first initial contact with Hippo motors was good. Once the financial agreement was in place the person I was speaking to had to be rushed for emergency surgery so I got through to someone else....
