Sorry that you had problems finding the meeting place at the station. We do provide a Google Maps link to the exact pick up location, a photo of the pickup point and the guides phone number before the holiday which usually makes finding the exact spot very easy.

Unfortunately with the heatwave during your trip we had to modify the routes to take into account the extreme heat which is not normal in this area. We do try and keep our prices as reasonable as possible. However, we pay our guides a decent and fair wage which is why we have an excellent guiding team that keeps working for us each year. I assure you we are not making huge profits on these trips (I wish we were!).
