Again very poorly made replaced boots, not waterproof.Unhappy purchas

Happy with customer service, but it took a long time to sort through issues with my purchase poor quality walking boots.

The replaced boots were used less than 12 months for a couple of times a a week when I returned to the UK. If I had know that boots today Hi-Tec sell only have shelf life that short I would have expected them to be alot cheaper than £90.00 a huge amount for a Pensioner that always had bought Hi tec gear and promoted their products with family and friends. I wont do that again, Summing up spend a few extra pounds and purchase a decent well made boot like Berghaus. Thanks for nothing

Notecards boot great but sandals sizing is poor!

There is a clear sizing issue with this product and you don’t seem to accept that it exists?

Order arrived quickly but had to be returned. Refund received without a pro

The trainers were too narrow a fit and uncomfortable so they were sent back. I received a refund without a problem.
