Thank you very much for your comments. Unfortunately at this time with over 600+ properties included in our portfolio this causes a great number of variations as to what is acceptable at each property. It would be impossible for us to include all of these in our brochure which would as result become huge! In order to provide the most flexible service for both our homeowners and holidaymakers we find it easiest for us here in the office to quickly scan through each booking prior to confirming them, thus ensuring that a guest has not mistakenly booked their small children into a house where they are not accepted, or their dogs into a house that doesn't take them, which does happen on occasion. Sorry if this has caused any frustration, but I hope you have a good holiday.
