Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear you found it confusing and time consuming. It's a necessary part of your booking but I'll pass on the feedback to our IT team to see if they can make it a little more user friendly. In future, you can always opt for hard copy paperwork if that is more convenient. You can either print the booking form from our website and post it or we can pop a booking form in the post to you.
The property is now booked for you on those dates. I'm afraid I'm not sure what I can clarify without knowing a little more about your booking. Perhaps you could get in touch?
