Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately a number of provisional bookings that are made through our website simply never confirm and we never hear from the person booking as to why that might have been. Of course the reserved property is then precluded from taking a further booking until this first booking is released. If the reservation continues to be left in place without payment then its possible that this could cause the homeowner to miss out, so we do ask that where possible a deposit is paid within 48 hours. If more time is needed then we are always happy to extend the deposit deadline. I am sorry you felt untrusted, this certainly is not the case, but we are of course anxious that we do the best for our homeowners as well as our holidaymakers. I am glad that everything worked out for the best in the end and I hope you have a good holiday.
