.. but I haven't stayed at the property yet, nor had my bond taken or returned, so I have no idea really of how good they are! This should come to me after the holiday, I think.

Thank you for your comments, the damages deposit is returned to you as a post dated cheque which you will receive with your directions and other comfirmations once the balance is paid. Then all you need to do is cash it once you come home. I hope that helps, and that you have a good holiday.
