Thank you for your feedback. I'm afraid we require customer names for insurance purposes. Providing them does ensure that you are covered under our terms of business for a range of cancellation eventualities.
We had some feedback from returning customers which let us know that it was inconvenient to re-enter the names of holidaymakers who regularly travel with us. As a result, we made changes to our booking process which do make organising repeat bookings much quicker and easier for our customers.
