Generally, we find that people consider our prices appropriate but I'm sorry if you feel this has not been the case with a particular property and would be very grateful if you would get in touch with feedback, if you have not already let us know within the questionnaire we send. We inspect our properties regularly but we really do pay attention to feedback which suggests there may be some TLC required since we last visited.

Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry that the booking process wasn't as smooth as you imagined. We ask for ages at this stage so that we have an idea of who will be attending and whether the party make up is suitable for a particular property, however if this is upsetting for you, then you are most welcome to give an approximate age. I hope that your holiday is a good one, do please let us know how you got on by returning your completed questionnaire when you get home.
