The provision of items like cots and high chairs is at the discretion of the owner, though I believe we do usually recommend that they are provided.
However, thank you very much for the very constructive feedback. Perhaps you would be so kind as to pop it on your post-holiday questionnaire? We can then pass this to the correct owners and they can review whether they would like to provide them.
