Thank you very much for your comments. Pet charges are generally for the extra cleaning and on-going maintenance required when regularly accepting pets. The amount is ultimately decided by the owners; individual team members here would not necessarily know specifics about why that amount is appropriate for that property. I'm sorry about the booking form confusion. Often, they are segued by your email provider into your junk folder so it is always worth checking. You can, of course, always call us to let us know if it has not arrived and we will re-send it to you. We can indeed arrange, at very short notice, to take the details over the telephone, but the booking form forms the basis for your agreement with the owner and protects you under our terms of business for a variety of cancellations.
