the only thing i wasnt aware of until the paperwork came through was the £100…
the only thing i wasnt aware of until the paperwork came through was the £100 deposit. cant say anything negative really. i had to call whilst at work and was able to provisioanly book the holiday...

Phoned late at night and got a response straight away, then they were quick to send details of the booking with comprehensive information. The photos on their website didn't do the property justice.

Thank you very much for your comments, I am sorry if the f+f made you feel excluded. This does not mean that we do not consider you a friend! The vouchers are sent with a view to our guests passing them to your own friends and family to use, hence the name of the scheme. I hope that explains, and that you have another lovely holiday.
