Tired and outdated cottage.
Provide decent standard of accommodation. Read customer's complaints and respond in full. Disappointing experience made worse by poor response to complaint.

I have been plagued for a review for a company I did not book with.
I can’t review Helpful Holidays as I didn’t book with them.
