Everything was fine except for the missing emails as above.
I would like to have confirmation of my booking by email.This did not happen this year or last year.

We have used helpful holidays for many years and previously have found them helpful and friendly, however this time it all got very confusing as Sykes appeared to have taken over, there was an issue...

Nothing special.
Helpful Holidays were no better than any other agent I have used but I did find their booking fee to be to high for the work they actually did.
