Good experience but could have been quicker.
Helpful Holidays were prompt at replying to our provisional booking, but why can't you just book there and then.

Online booking all went smoothly & all appears ok but my wife & I are still waiting for the phone call which an email advised we get. Just about to do some bank & email double checking.
