We have thoroughly investigated your matter.

There was in fact a driver waiting for you at the airport on Sunday 27th March 2016 at 07:00, however, you were calling an incorrect phone number. When you made your booking via Heathrowparking.com on 29th February 2016 at 20:04 you received instant confirmation by way of the website confirmation screen, email confirmation and SMS text message confirmation to your mobile phone. Each and every one of these confirmations clearly displayed the phone number that you needed to call 20 minutes before you arrived at Heathrow Terminal 3.

We feel it is extremely important that our customers are aware of the correct numbers to call on the dates of travel, and we take these measures to ensure that our customers do not call incorrect office phone numbers rather than car park controller phone numbers.

We can only apologise profusely that you were unable to utilise your pre-booked parking as a result and as a gesture of goodwill we have fully refunded the amount paid for your original parking, however, we are are unable to compensate further for the costs incurred as a result of your decision to leave your vehicle with Heathrow Valet Parking Terminal 3 at the much higher gate price.

We have emailed you separately with screen shots of your confirmation screen and the printed variation that you had with you.
