Great service. Easy to order & delivery was swift.

Great product. However, extremely poor service which was misleading and ultimately bitterly disappointing.

It's a simple process really. You want an on-line site that is easy to navigate and have what you want, a straight forward purchasing system with a swift delivery of what you ordered. Simple yes, yet...

I only received 1/3 of my order and I have not got a response Since to my email related to same. The product seems to be good and what I expect but I would like my full order.

Half of my order still remains undelivered and I did not receive a reply to my email.
